A lot of our members have not read the letter from the CGA BOG so I just want to make sure everyone is aware of this.
They have removed for this year the only going back 60 days for you to receive your awards.
See below: As we had discussed at our BOD meeting in November, the BOG has continued to look into areas we could reduce the operating expenses for the State office. The State office suggested, The Year End Award reminder (green form) and member expiration letters are no longer being mailed out.
The YEA application is now being mailed as part of the new membership packets. The BOG has voted to waive the 60-day retroactive stipulation for new YEA sign ups. This is the only fair solution for our new members who were unaware their sign ups were time sensitive.
The waiver will only apply to Basic YEA programs; Level 1, Level 2 and Top Rating. This will not county towards Family Team, ROC or Senior Elite programs.
This will apply to the 2020-2021 season only, due to the pandemic.
