When you email your pre-entry , please give Briteney the following information:
1)  Your name
2) Your horses name
3) Class you will be riding in (i.e. all regular classes and set-ups, all regular classes or list each class to be entered in.
4) Leave the information for each individual horse & rider.

This is our Halloween show. If you would like to dress up feel free. We will have some candy to give out for those who participate. Kids under 18 MUST have a helmet on even with their costumes if they are on their horses. When it comes to riding, we ask you to change your costume & be in your western attire.

When it comes to weather, please be patient with me. I will never call a show prematurely. I apologize now for the inconvenience of not knowing sometimes till the morning of, but there have been to many times I have not called a show & we have gotten it in. With this El Nino we are supposed to be getting in for this season, we have to have patience & see what happens. If I called every show that was questionable we would never get them all in. If there is any way to get a show in we will have it. As long as it is safe ground of course. Feel free to call me if you have any questions. 378-3035

When it  comes to clover leaf barrels, (regular Barrels) we will only run it at this Oct 17th show if daylight allows. And that will be up to the judges. We are thinking we might have to go back to only running it every other show like most clubs do. We will see. With a bigger club this year & a lot of FC riders we will be slower & day light is getting less also. But, we love our FC riders, these are our future.

 Los Vaquero’s Membership dues are due by the January show. Please don't forget. You need to be a member of us to receive points thru the year, for the Awards

Banquet at the end of the season. 

Want to remind everyone that our booth workers are also riders & need to change out people when they need to ride. So, please have patience with them. CGA software is not updating properly, so we need everyone to bring their CGA cards with them to sign-ups & show it. Other clubs will not let you ride unless you show your card. Please bring them with you.

Reminder that it is time for the horses to have their Fall shots & worming. There are more diseases out there now than used to be. 

Please remember to bring your own water buckets. Do not go up to someone's trailer & water your horses.

If you were a sponsor for us in the past & would like to sponsor again, please let me know. A sponsorship gets your business in our newsletters for the season.

We will have our sponsors up by the November newsletter. I need help with that. Sorry. 

We are having a Fall Clinic with Dr. Comeau on Saturday October 24th at my house. If you are interested please let me know as soon as possible.
